PersonalAgents.com explains what a personal agent is for, how its documented mechanisms work and what a beginner could try first. We separate product documentation, attributed experience and suggested exercises so readers can judge the basis of a statement.
Sources support particular claims
Official documentation is the starting point for product mechanisms. We look for details that affect a decision: execution environment, account access, memory, scheduling, permissions and costs. A source link should support the sentence or table entry beside it. A publisher’s marketing language is not an independent performance finding.
We record source URLs and access dates. Features can vary by plan, version and region. Where information is absent, we identify the gap rather than supplying a likely answer. A documentation review is desk research; it is not a hands-on test or a completed Deep Research report.
Experience stays attributed
An owner’s experience can explain why a workflow matters. We identify the contributor and the scope of their account. We do not invent interview answers, elapsed times, finished artifacts or failures. Michael Santiago’s Hermes routine, for example, is reported experience rather than a matched benchmark against another system.
Exercises are proposals
A first-task walkthrough gives a reader a bounded way to evaluate a tool. Unless we explicitly provide a genuine test record, the walkthrough is a suggestion. Fictional records and public-source tasks are identified as such. We do not convert an illustration into proof that the depicted workflow was performed.
Review happens against a full revision
Our editorial process moves from a page brief through contributor interviews, research, evidence review and an edited full-page preview. The owner reviews the exact candidate revision and can approve it or request changes. Engineering checks, source collection and art-direction feedback are separate from editorial approval.
Unapproved notes and research materials remain outside public publication assets. A pending change does not replace the last approved published revision. The review site presents candidates for inspection; production publication requires a separate authorization.
Useful content matters more than volume
Each article should answer a real reader question, explain relevant mechanisms and provide an inspectable next step. We edit repeated claims, unexplained terminology and unsupported reassurance. Longer copy is only useful when it adds evidence, a distinction, an example or a decision.
Our handmade illustrations teach relationships among inputs, tools, drafts and human review. They are original educational diagrams unless identified as actual product screenshots. Text explanations accompany them so essential instructions do not depend on reading an image.
Errors and updates
Use the corrections page to understand how a factual challenge is handled. Include the page, the specific statement and supporting source when reporting an error. We reconsider material claims when evidence changes; we do not treat a confident sentence as permanent proof.
